Should we give thanks?

All in all, I am going to say yes. Even though this week contained, shall we say, some major shake ups, I think we can all take a minute to give thanks for the many other blessings in our lives.

We here at Legendary Bingo hope that all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving celebrated with friends and family.

Speaking of which, do you have relatives in town? Well, bring them to Bingo this Wednesday night for our annual “Pre-Thanksgiving Bingo Blowout!”It’s not really a blowout (that will come on Thanksgiving day with your family) but it is usually one of the most fun events of the year. We will only be doing one show at 7 pm so call and make a reservation because it usually sells out. I will whip out a few DQB Home Games to give away so that you will have something fun to do on Thanksgiving Day in between dinner and that long walk around the neighborhood to settle your stomach.

In other news:

Our pal Jamie Brewer from “American Horror Story” dropped by to call the balls for a great charity called “Shane’s Inspiration” and as usual, was so sweet. She and her family are going to play DQB: The Home Game for Thanksgiving, just like mine! I’ll bet no one in her family will throw the game against the wall and storm away if they lose like my family will. But then, where’s the drama?

Roxy and I went downtown once again to Grand Central Market and had a great time out on the patio with all of the DTLA folks. It’s fun to hang out with people who live downtown. They are…I don’t know- different. Remind me a bit of people I met in New York. Kind of cool, a little bit indifferent and ofttimes drunk. All in a good way, of course.
